ok, isnt being gay a disease that you are born with? cuz why would you want to be somthing that peeople get beaten up for, right?ż?ż? please prove my point! lol.

Sexual orientation is not a "disease". It's who you're attracted to. That would be like saying being straight is a disease. It's not a disease.

Homosexual people are born homosexual, just as heterosexual people are born heterosexual.

Being gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered is a normal and healthy way to be. Your sexual orientation and gender identity are just one more part of who you are. And sometimes, it takes time to know who you are. It is okay to be confused, it's okay to be unsure whether you are gay or straight and to be uncertain about whether you should come out. Remember, you are not alone. There are people out there with the same questions and concerns that you have. And there are people who have already found their own answers.
